88ji reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If 88ji identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 88ji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify 88ji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Upon receiving such notification, 88ji will take reasonable steps to secure your Account, which may include temporary suspension pending investigation.
Members are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on their Account remains accurate and up to date. You may update your contact details by contacting our support team. Changes to your registered name or date of birth require documentary verification.
88ji supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Supported payment methods and applicable limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account and may be updated from time to time.
All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your Account Wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
88ji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 88ji accepts no responsibility.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 88ji will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. All content on the 88ji Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of 88ji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 88ji.

88ji's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
88ji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
88ji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

88ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:
Upon closure of your Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Fund balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will not be returned upon account closure for breach of these Terms.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and 88ji, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally through our customer support channels.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit 88ji's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
